C68 Full Sheet - Have you seen this?

Marty was having trouble posting this image to the forum so I am trying it. He was wondering if anyone has or has seen any full sheets of the four panes (1A-1D) of the Ashmun issue or has any information about them. If you look close at this sheet, you will notice that it is missing the horizontal perforations.
