1916 Military stamps
Rogers writing around 1960 refers to the 1916 Military stamps by their then Scott catalogue numbers Scott #153-156 and Scott #O93-95
At some stage the Scott Catalogue started referring to these explicitly as "Military Stamps" with the catalogue numbers M1-M7
Anyone know when this happened and why?
