Someone's six year old grandchild? That is horrible! I have never seen that one before. The cancel looks nice though.

It does seem a shame that the syllables "OPOT" are not preceded by "HIPP" and followed by "AMUS". I'll get my coat.

I've always has a hard time distinguishing the better forgeries from the genuine issues. After hours of study on this one, I have come to the conclusion that it is indeed a forgery. Although I can't be sure!
