1915/16 provisionals with CTO postmark

I always believed the stamps surcharged during WWI would not exist CTO, until I found these two: Scott O77 and O80 canceled with Cockrill CTO2.

I have seen CTO stamps with faked overprints, but the examples above are genuine.

Does anyone else has WWI provisionals canceled-to-order?
