I am missing two stamps (10c and 30c) from having a complete CTO set of 195-208. I have a complete CTO set of O127-40. I have been trying to put together a non-CTO sets but it is proving to be a little difficult.

Welcome Korsbecker! Although we are a small group, there are some very knowledgeable people on this forum and I have learned a lot. Manfred has done a great job with this website. Feel free to join in any of the discussions.

Hi Manfred,
Sorry if I was defensive. I value your opinion and you had me worried that you may be thinking it was a forgery. I will try to get some more images up later.
Hi Manfred,
I looked through my list of purchases and I couldn't find where I bought this so I may have gotten it in a larger lot. It does have a small piece of paper that has notes on it which is typical of Henry. It says "Scott 128 1913 Britis…
You are right about climate because most of the 1918 set that I have or have seen that are postally used are from the mid to late 1920s. So they were sitting around somewhere waiting to be used. :-)

Travis
My grandfather got me interested in stamp collecting many, many years ago. I started out collecting U.S. then moved on to worldwide 1840-1940. I eventually decided that I needed to specialize in a particular area or country and I ended up choosing…
After checking with several other members of the Liberian Philatelic Society it seems that all the large envelopes are 228mm x 101mm, NOT 109mm as is stated in all the literature mentioned above. If anyone finds one that is 109mm, please let me kno…
I checked all of my large envelopes and they are all 101mm as well. It is odd that Shoemaker, Rogers and von Saleski all only mention 109mm in their books. I will check with some more LPS members and post the findings here.
Thanks!

Hi Manfred,
Thanks for the info! I can see how you could get multiple variations by running the stamps through for three different overprints, especially if they are doing half sheets. One example that I was referring to is in the Jan-Mar 2011 L…
Hi Albert,
I will look through my collection and post anything of interest. As you know, there are quite a few varieties of each of those! #64 alone could keep you busy for years. :-)

Hi Albert,
After a break from collecting all together, I am back and trying to get back up to speed on all that has been going on in the Liberian philatelic world. It may take a little while as I dust off my collection but I am looking forward to…
Hi Manfred,
I haven't talked to you in a long time. I am attaching some of my O149 errors. Very similar to yours but mine are on the darker paper.
Here is my double overprint.
