1880 2c cancel

I'm slowly going through my collection of the early issues and wondering if anyone can help with this cancel
1880 2c issue with a partial cancel
The stamp looks genuine to my amateur eyes
The cancel looks similar to #21 in Cockrill Booklet 2 with an ornate "2" but with no visible "Bassa" or "Liberia" and with an earlier year (1889) than Cockrill (1891)
